Hot Tub Health Benefits
As if you needed any more reason to enjoy a soak in our hot tub (but just in case you did!) research has shown that there are many health benefits to be gained from a soak in a hot tub. It reduces your blood sugar level and raises the body’s temperature, causing blood vessels to dilate. This in turn increases circulation and blood flow. You should also find that you feel more relaxed and sleep better.
We do hope you will enjoy a soak or two in our wonderful hot tub when you come and stay.
“Stunning”
Don’t just take our word that this is an utterly magical experience. Here is what guests have had to say:
“We love a hot-tub. As you come to expect with Longlands, the attention to details is second to none. The tub sits on the hillside overlooking the lake with views down the valley. Stunning. The changing room is lovely and the ice bucket with the fizz in is always within easy reach.” James
“We loved our sunset dip in the hot-tub with the wonderful views towards the North Devon coast.” Neil
“The hot tub was amazing and a must for fellow guests! Worth every penny.” Kelly
“Hot tub sunset was fantastic and highly recommended!” Anita
“We definitely recommend an hour in the hot tub, not that we thought it was possible to feel any more chilled out!”
