Our Breaks
We offer full weeks, weekend and midweek stays (including four nights for the price of three Monday to Friday) throughout the season, except during school summer holidays when we offer Friday to Friday full weeks only.
Our Lodges
Each of our 5 luxury Safari Lodges can sleep up to 6 in 3 bedrooms: King, Double and Twin Room. All lodges have an ensuite shower cabin and separate loo cabin. We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs (£25 supplement per dog).
Each of our lodges enjoys spectacular views out over the valley, towards the lake and the setting sun, but if you would like to book a specific lodge, just let us know.
Everything Included, Nothing Forgotten
We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We include everything from firewood to fizz, coffee to candles, logs to loo paper, even a hammock & hammock stand! You only need to bring clothes and food – although take a look at our ‘Food to Order’ menu when you arrive, delivered straight from our kitchen to your lodge.
Access
Longlands’ lodges are set into the hills of a secluded valley, meaning some of the paths are steep. Two lodges have flat and easy access, with nearby parking. For our other three lodges, parking is in the car park above the lodges, a 200m walk away. Sensible shoes should be worn when using the footpath and other gravel paths. Let us know if you have need of one of our easy access lodges.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival is on Monday, Tuesday or Friday, between 4pm and 7pm. Departure is at 9am. We ask everyone to leave their lodge tidy and strip their bed when they leave.

Offers
We offer £100 off the cost of a couples stay in March, April, September and October if you book directly with us. Dogs can also stay for free during these months, again if you book directly through us here at Longlands. Deductions will be made on your balance payment if you book on line and pay using our online payment system.
Payment
We ask for a deposit of 30% to secure your booking. This must be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your stay. You are welcome to pay by BACs (preferred), cheque or debit/credit card. Details will be sent in a booking confirmation email once you have booked.
Preferred Date Not Available?
If your preferred dates are not available, please register for our Cancellation Notification Service. Tell us what dates you want, your email address and mobile so we can contact you if we get a cancellation. We do get them from time to time.
