Nurture yourself with a yoga retreat at Longlands.
Three days to reconnect with your soul through morning hatha/slow vinyasa yoga classes to challenge you physically and mentally, and gentle afternoon practices of restorative or yin yoga to ease you into a restful evening. Every yoga session will include pranayama (yoga breathing) techniques and end with a soul-nourishing savasana or yoga nidra practice, all taught by Katie, an experienced yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance) and Indian Head Massage practitioner.
During the day there will be time to enjoy the 17 acres of nature Longlands has to offer plus we have free use of the hot tub in the afternoons. Delicious meals are provided by the Longlands Kitchen.
At an additional cost, you can opt for SUP or horse-riding adventures nearby. Spa treatments with Longlands own therapist are also pre-bookable on the Wednesday. Additional food and beverages can be purchased from Longlands Larder.
