We opened Longlands for four days in March and then we closed under the Government’s lockdown. We will re-open on the 4th of July after the Government announced a further easing of the lockdown this week.

Can I still go on my holiday?

We are taking bookings from July 4th until the first weekend of November and will re-open again in March 2021.

Has anything changed at Longlands due to the Corona Virus?

We have had to remove various items from the lodges such as games and books, so please bring your own. We are reviewing check-in and check-out times in order that we can increase the cleaning levels probably 5pm check-in and 9am check out. We are purchasing a “Fogging” Machine to make sure that all areas are disinfected. Otherwise apart from improvements during the lockdown, we are still the same Longlands.

I have a balance to pay for my July holiday – what should I do?

Please make a BACS payment four weeks before you are due to arrive, we will contact you by email to give you a gentle reminder five weeks before you are due to arrive.

Can I still make a booking from July 4th 2020 or next year – how do I do it?

Please email tammy@longlandsdevon.co.uk or call the office on 01271 882004 to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to help you. We are taking bookings for 2021 please call 01281 882004 to reserve them. The availability on the website is up to date.

I am not insured – can I cancel my holiday or change the date of my trip?

If you are uninsured you can change the date of your booking without losing your deposit, even if it is within 8 weeks of your holiday. To do this please email tammy@longlandsdevon.co.uk  with your preferred dates and we will contact you as soon as possible. We are happy to re-book for you anytime up to the end of 2021. There will be no administration fee for changing but the cost of your stay may change depending on the time of year but not if it is a like for like date.
