We are now fully open and welcoming both single and mixed family groups.

If, due to Government restrictions, you’re unable to take your holiday you can rebook anytime up until the end of 2022 or, if you cannot rebook, we will issue a full refund.

What has changed at Longlands due to the Coronavirus?

We have had to remove various items from the Lodges such as games and books, so please do bring your own. We have reviewed check-in and check-out times in order that we can increase the cleaning levels – these are now 5pm check in and 9am check out. We have purchased a “fogging” machine to make sure that all areas are disinfected. Otherwise, apart from improvements during the lockdown, we are still the same Longlands.

Can I make a booking for this year or 2022 – how do I do it?

There are three ways to book with us for 2021 & 2022!

Our calendars on this website are fully up to date making it easy to choose your dates and book online.

Can I cancel my holiday or change the date of my trip?

If, due to Government restrictions, you’re unable to take your holiday you can change the date of your booking without losing your deposit, even if it is within 8 weeks of your holiday. To do this please email [email protected]  with your preferred dates and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. We are happy to re-book you for anytime up to the end of 2022. There will be no administration fee for changing, but the cost of your stay may be different depending on the time of year if it’s not a ‘like for like’ date change.

If we cannot rebook you, or you have to cancel your holiday due to Covid-19, we’ll issue a full refund.
