We opened Longlands for four days in March and then we closed under the Government’s lockdown. We hope to re-open as soon as it is safe to do so based on the Government’s advice. We currently believe that we maybe able to open on the 4th of July, we are following Government updates.

We realise that you will have questions about your stay or any future bookings that you’re considering. The situation is changing all the time, the advice below is based on what we currently know.

Can I still go on my holiday ?

We have contacted all of our March, April, May guests and are currently contacting our June guests to make alternative arrangements.

I have a balance to pay for my July holiday – what should I do ?

At the moment we would prefer that you didn’t pay it, so that we can see how the situation develops. We will be in contact regarding your balance payment four weeks before arrival. This is obviously dependant on us being able to re-open in time for your holiday and that we are able to provide you a safe environment to relax in, then we will contact you to arrange payment.

Can I still make a booking from July 4th 2020 or next year – how do I do it?

Please email tammy@longlandsdevon.co.uk or call the office on 01271 882004 to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to help you. We are taking bookings for 2021 please call 01281 882004 to reserve them.

I am not insured – can I cancel my holiday or change the date of my trip?

If you are uninsured you can change the date of your booking without losing your deposit, even if it is within 8 weeks of your holiday. To do this please email tammy@longlandsdevon.co.uk  with your preferred dates and we will contact you as soon as possible. We are happy to re-book for you anytime up to the end of 2021. There will be no administration fee for changing but the cost of your stay may change depending on the time of year but not if it is a like for like date.
