Update: 4 January 2021
Our Safari Tents are now closed until March 2021.
The Long Barn, our holiday cottage, is open all year round for bookings, but following UK Government guidelines for England is closed from 4 January – 15 February 2021.
We realise that you will have questions about your stay, or any future bookings that you’re considering, in relation to coronoavirus (COVID-19), and will do our best to address these below.
What has changed at Longlands due to the Coronavirus?
We have had to remove various items from the Lodges such as games and books, so please do bring your own. We have reviewed check-in and check-out times in order that we can increase the cleaning levels – these are now 5pm check in and 9am check out. We have purchased a “fogging” machine to make sure that all areas are disinfected. Otherwise, apart from improvements during the lockdown, we are still the same Longlands.
Can I make a booking for this year – how do I do it?
There are three ways to book with us for 2021!
Our calendars on this website are fully up to date making it easy to choose your dates and book online.
If you have any questions before you book you can email [email protected] and we’ll come back to you just as soon as we can.
Or call the office on 01271 882004 to discuss your requirements. It’s always great to talk through holiday dates and special celebratory plans!
Can I cancel my holiday or change the date of my trip?
If, due to Government restrictions, you’re unable to take your holiday you can change the date of your booking without losing your deposit, even if it is within 8 weeks of your holiday. To do this please email [email protected] with your preferred dates and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. We are happy to re-book you for anytime up to the end of 2022. There will be no administration fee for changing, but the cost of your stay may be different depending on the time of year if it’s not a ‘like for like’ date change.
If we cannot rebook you, or you have to cancel your holiday due to Covid-19, we’ll issue a full refund.
We hope that we’ve answered some of your questions but it is an ever changing situation. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 01271 882004 or email [email protected]
Wishing you all the best.
