Red Wine

Painted Wolf Jemma Pinotage 2018 – £15

This Pinotage is a juicy fruit packed smooth wine with a smorgasbord of red and black summer berries, warm spice, coffee and toasty wood flavours. This is great bbq wine.

Lynx Vino Tinto 2017 – £15

The winemaker’s own blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, Cab Franc, Petit Verdot, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. Unassuming, well balanced fruit driven red blend with a rustic charm. This has been aged for about six months in old oak which allows the wine to develop but still with lovely blackberry and blackcurrant fruit to the fore. It has won the Best Value Award from WINE Magazine 3 years running now.

Mundo Tempranillo Petit Verdot – £13

An easy drinking organic Spanish blend, Purple in colour, this wine has fresh aromas of mature berries and red fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and well balanced, leaving a pleasant lingering taste, vegan.

Arenile Montepulciano – £16

Not too heavy, but with a welcoming vibrant fruity nose followed by deep flavours of cherries in the mouth. Complex and balanced with a big finish.

Painted Wolf Jemma Chenin Blanc 2017 – £14

A really well crafted just off-dry wine with tropical fruit flavours balanced by lemon pepper. The wine has a lovely texture with a long finish with enough acid to keep it really fresh and vibrant. Enjoy your wine knowing that you’re making a contribution to the team’s wildlife conservation efforts.

Wildsong Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2018 – £17

This highly enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc is filled with nectarine, grapefruit and rock melon characters with an elegant lime zest lift. The palate is generous and flavoursome with excellent fruit intensity, beautifully structured by juicy acidity. It is long and attractive on the finish.

Mundo Sauvignon Verdejo – £13

An easy drinking, bright white with floral and mild fruit aromas of apple, pear with subtle citric aspects. The palate has a lively feel, with a delicate structure and flavours of melon and lemons, organic and vegan.

Rosé Wine

Painted Wolf “Den” Pinotage Rosé 2019 – £15

Pinotage is ideally suited for making rosé wines. This is a bright, fruity wine with strawberry, cherry and cranberry flavours balanced by a lovely savoury edge, a gentle, underlying minerality and a zippy lingering finish.

Riondo Prosecco – £18

Deliciously delicate Prosecco made in the north east of Italy, this is lively and crisp with fresh fruit flavours, and a lovely small bubble structure.

Langlois, Cremant de Loire – £20

A first class alternative to champagne. Delightful smooth & foamy Loire sparkler with crisp, delicate acidity and some vibrant racy fruit. Made by the house of Bollinger and incredible value for money! Longlands’ choice of bubbly for a very good reason!

Langlois Cremant de Loire Brut Rosé – £20

The freshness, fine bubbles and fruitiness of Langlois Crémant de Loire Brut rosé make for an original aperitif as well as an ideal companion for red fruit desserts. Elegant & delicious fizz made entirely with hand-picked Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the chalky-clay soils of the Montreuil Bellay and Puy Notre Dame area of the Loire.  A lovely wine.

Camel Valley Pinot Noir Brut Rosé, 2017 – £40
