An excellent site, warm welcome from Tammy & Jez and brilliant location for exploring North Devon although the site and safari lodges are so comfortable you could just chill at Longlands. We had a wonderful stay in October for our wedding anniversary, enjoyed the hot tub and had a fantastic cream tea & cake made by Tammy. The lodge more than met our expectations for comfort, warmth and the practicalities for drying wetsuits, hosing down sandy dogs etc.

Perfect family retreat in an idyllic setting. We traveled as two families and stayed in neighbouring tents which worked well.

Jez and Tammy were super helpful and lovely people. The children loved boating on the pond and playing giant chess amongst many other fun distractions but nothing beats the sunset barbecue from the private seating areas above the lodges. The lodges themselves were very comfortable and spacious and contained all the bits and pieces you'd need for a family holiday. Excellent, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Longlands and were made to feel very welcome by the owners.

We stayed in one of the beautifully equipped lodges which had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable - even our favourite shampoo! The beds were very warm and cosy and the cabin bunk was a highlight of our granddaughter's stay!

Longlands is set in the peaceful North Devon countryside and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay there if you are looking for peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our week at Longlands. We took over the whole place so the kids loved the freedom to run around plus it meant we could use the party barn to have our meals together.

This is a very special place and the overall feeling was that we would love to return in the future.

We're a family of 5 and our kids (age 4-10) really enjoyed on-site activities, from basketball 🏀, table tennis, hammocks, playing in the lake, etc.
The tent is great and with amazing views. Let's be honest, it's not really camping! 🏕️ Having the larder was a genius idea, with Cook food and lots of brilliant lovely local food.
The location is close to awesome beaches like Puttsborough and I could not finish the review with thanking Jez and Tammy for their brilliant hospitality. 🙌

We've now been to Longlands three times with the family and it has produced some incredible memories.  Tammy and Jez have created an absolutely magical atmosphere and an ideal family holiday spot -  you can spend the day exploring the beaches and towns of stunning North Devon or just roaming the grounds swimming in the lake or hiking along the creek. Tammy and Jez are amazing hosts who are deeply invested in their guests enjoying themselves. It's a place that kids can enjoy while parents can relax. I can't recommend enough.

We had a fantastic holiday at Longlands, it’s the most beautiful and peaceful place, a hidden gem. The Long Barn is beautifully decorated and really comfortable and Tammy and Jez were so welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a great stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful break at Longlands thanks to Tammy and Jez. An amazing area for relaxing and near to great beaches if you want a day out. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.  Kitchen essentials, logs for the burner and shower, loo rolls and toiletries all provided. Lovely to sit on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunsets.
