Variety is key; from pre breakfast body weight training to guides walks along the SW coast path, the programme has been consciously designed so that each session compliments the next leaving the optimum time for recovery while ensuring every muscle is worked.

Spend the day immersed in the elements; from barefoot beach circuits, trail runs and systematic core sessions. You then retreat for yoga, guided stretching and recovery in the hot tub.

The focus is on moving mindfully, injury prevention, self awareness and alignment, posture and balance, natural movement and innovative functional body weight technique. All levels are welcome, a pre arrival assessment and small group size will ensure training is tailored to your goals.

Petalouda Yoga Retreat

Nurture yourself with a yoga retreat at Longlands.

Three days to reconnect with your soul through morning hatha/slow vinyasa yoga classes to challenge you physically and mentally, and gentle afternoon practices of restorative or yin yoga to ease you into a restful evening. Every yoga session will include pranayama (yoga breathing) techniques and end with a soul-nourishing savasana or yoga nidra practice, all taught by Katie, an experienced yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance) and Indian Head Massage practitioner.

VitalEnergy Yoga Retreat

Sabina Bird teaches both physically dynamic and restorative yoga with a strong emphasis on finding the correct alignment for each individual. Dynamic classes are inspired by Jivamukti and vinyasa flow with plenty of hard work and fun. More gentle classes include yin and restorative practices. Both include meditation, pranayama and exploration of yoga philosophy.
