You should find all your basic, and not so basic, cooking requirements have been catered for: butter, milk, bread, jams, cereal, eggs, cheese, crisps, cold drinks, chocolates, ice creams… and much, much more.
Cook
We’ve chosen COOK to provide tasty home-cooked meals for your convenience whilst staying at Longlands.
At the Larder in Longlands you’ll find two COOK freezers full of their delicious meals for two and four, including Moroccan Spiced Lamb Tagine, Beef Bourguignon and their famous Roasted Vegetable Lasagne. They all cook straight from frozen, so you can sit down to a meal in your lodge that looks and tastes homemade without lifting a finger.
For over 20 years COOK has been redefining the ready meal. At the COOK Kitchen in Kent they responsibly source the best ingredients and their chefs prepare everything by hand, using the same techniques as a good home cook. Every year their meals win scores of Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food and top the ‘best of’ lists in the national press.
COOK is a founding member of the B Corp movement in the UK, committed to making business work for people and the planet, not just profit. Their meals come in recyclable packaging and they are a Carbon Neutral Company.
Food To Order
Fed up of cooking and don’t want the bother of washing up? At Longlands we also offer a selection of Food To Order from our kitchen straight to your tent.
Breakfast
Freshly baked baguettes, spelt bread, sourdough bloomer, croissant, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, DIY cooked breakfast (sausage, bacon, eggs, baked beans), DIY veggie breakfast (veggie sausages, eggs, baked beans).
Tea Time Treats
Scones with clotted cream and jam, chocolate chip cookies, carrot or chocolate sponge cake.
BBQ
Longlands burgers, local sausages (incl gluten free), veggie burgers, white rolls.
Supper Extras
Garlic ciabatta, mixed leaf salad, petit pois.
Delicious Desserts
Seasonal fruit crumble, lime cheesecake and chocolate roulade.
Cellar
Enjoy local ciders and ales, or wines from a little further afield – all available from the Longlands Cellar.
